The chalet is embraced by a 2300 m2 park, entirely fenced, where typical forest trees such as oaks, pines and chestnuts grow. The house has two levels: on the ground floor we find the living area with the tipical fireplace, the kitchen, the bathroom and two large French windows that make the room very bright. A wrought iron spiral staircase takes us to the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and another bathroom with shower.
